Snow way!

Remember the first time it snowed and it was absolutely MAGICAL? I was on a walk with my other half in the snow, and it was so beautiful that I knew I just had to do a shoot. It was too good to waste!

So at the end of December, with less than 24 hours’ notice, I put out a little message on my Instagram asking if anyone fancied doing a shoot in Yorkshire. One of my lovely brides Rebecca came to the rescue, and send the message onto her friend Danielle. And the rest is history!

Danielle and her boyfriend Jordan met me at Beamsley Beacon in North Yorkshire the following day. And we were just SO lucky with the weather too! It was glorious sunshine and the views were just magical.

We started off with some photos in the village, along the lanes and in front of the telephone box (you guys know I love the colour!!). Then we headed up the hill to get the most of those beautiful views across Yorkshire. The road was a teenie bit terrifying because it was pretty steep and pretty icy! But we battled through and once we were at the top it was totally worth it!

We wandered up the hill, and started with some shots of Danielle and Jordan running around in the snow. As the shoot went on, they got more and more brave, and by the end they were lying down in the snow and chucking it at each other! It was ace!

I have to say a huge thank you to these guys for making my vision a reality, and being totally cool with all my crazy ideas! Danielle and Jordan you guys are such legends!!!
