A secret wedding at the Crab & Lobster..

What sneaky little devils these guys are! They only went and got married and kept it a surprise to their friends and family! This really was the most beautiful wedding, and I’m SO glad I was able to be part of such an exclusive event!

So yeah, this is Rebecca & Mark and I bloody love these guys. I totally fell in love with them at their engagement shoot back in August, and I knew their wedding was going to be just as wonderful.

These guys tied the knot at the Crab and Lobster near Thirsk, and what a venue it is! Despite the most almighty downpour when we arrived, it was the most glorious weather for the rest of the day.

Rebecca was getting ready with her mum and bridesmaids, and it was super chilled out morning. Lots of fizz, and just such a buzz of excitement for the wedding! I couldn’t believe how quickly the day went, and before we knew it, it was time for Rebecca to get into her dress..

She just looked like a movie star. What an absolute beauty this girl is! It was so emotional when she walked down the aisle with her dad. Rebecca and Mark were joined by 15 of their nearest and dearest for the ceremony, but it was nice to see some of the guests FaceTiming loved ones who sadly couldn’t be there on the day itself.

After the ceremony we headed outside for some photos, and thankfully we were blessed with the weather! The rain had finally stopped and the light was just BEAUTIFUL! After the downpour earlier in the day, I just couldn’t believe our luck.

These guys are just AMAZING in front of the camera – I am such a lucky photographer! The combination of natural chemistry, beautiful evening light, gorgeous surroundings of the Crab and Lobster, the most stunning wedding dress and just the fact that they are absolute HOTTIES, was just perfection!

After some fizz and lots of laughs, it was time for me to head back to Harrogate and leave these guys to their wedding meal.

I have an awful lot of love for these two. Thank you Rebecca and Mark for proving that weddings can be just as beautiful EVEN in a pandemic!
